Howard Ashmore

Having lived and done business in the Te Awamutu area and surrounding Waikato region for many years, Howard brings a wealth of knowledge to his rural salesperson position with Ray White, drawing on a solid agricultural and commercial background.

Howard's specialty is marketing rural property - from dairy farms to dairy grazing, sheep, beef and deer farms, kiwifruit and other farming ventures - although he also has extensive experience selling a wide range of property, from large scale farms, lifestyle blocks and homes to commercial buildings.

He considers integrity and honesty to be non-negotiable and has empathy with both vendors and purchasers. Howard has great communication skills, is hard-working, practical, focused and a proven performer.

The local community has always been a passion and he is currently helping to drive a project to build a cycleway from Te Awamutu to Pirongia.
